Is there any hero that actually builds blink dagger to specifically blink away from a fight? Mostly its an initiation item. Even supps like Oracle and SD build it more to be able to hide and then jump to save carry afaik. Blink can be used to disengage, but I don't think that's ever the primary explicit goal of the hero building it.
Nah supps were garbage in S1 unless you have short term memory. Dps were overturned due to the passive and they had to buff a few supps (remember the +5 mercy pistol bullets?) and remove the dps passive because of how strong it was. Although I agree that support is definitely the strongest role now.
